Organizers

Mesut Durukal

Mesut has 15+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, IoT platforms, SaaS/PaaS and Cloud Services, the Defense Industry, Autonomous Mobile Robots, and Embedded and Software applications. Along with having proficiency in product management and quality experiences under his belt, he has taken various roles as (Quality Owner, Hiring Manager, and Chapter Lead) in multinational projects. He has expertise in automation and continuous quality assurance. Besides, he has been facilitating development processes and building the strategy and lifecycle of the projects. He is a frequent international speaker, the best presentation award winner, and a various program committees member.

Csilla Kohl

Csilla organizes professional events for 15+ years now. She worked for the Informa Group/Institute for International Research – the world’s largest conference provider – as a division manager, then she joined HTB and now among other things she is the project manager of HUSTEF, one of the 3 biggest and best SW quality conferences in Europe. She is a passionate community builder, a huge fan of traveling, a proud mom of three and now one of the most excited about Tokyo Test Fest!

Chris Ding

Chris, a passionate QA leader immersed in the vibrant tech community of Japan, brings a unique perspective to the field. Based in Hokkaido, he finds solace and inspiration in the island’s natural beauty, often spending his time off hiking through its breathtaking trails and shredding the slopes on his snowboard. With a focus on web, mobile, and API automation, he contributes to the collective knowledge pool while fostering connections within the community. His dedication extends beyond traditional QA, as he actively participates in building a supportive environment for tech enthusiasts in Japan.

Takuya Suemura

After graduating a university, he worked in an office supply warehouse and started automating boring office tasks with VBA, which led him to become a software engineer; he joined Autify in 2019 and after 4 years as a technical support engineer, he is now the company’s Quality Evangelist. He is an executive committee member of JaSST Online, a symposium on software testing. Author of “Practical guide to test automation” (2024).

Daichi Kawakami

I initially worked as a tester at a third-party testing company but wanted to work within a development team, so I transitioned to a QA role at a startup offering SaaS in the legal domain. In this role, I support the quality of both manual and automated testing and processes within the development team. Additionally, I am active as an organizer and speaker in QA and Scrum communities.

Shinya Inoue

After graduating from an information technology technical high school, he joined the software and firmware quality assurance department of a major manufacturer. In addition to his daily testing duties, he utilized his programming knowledge to build a GUI test automation system. He then moved to “STYLY,” a platform for AR/MR production and distribution, as the first QA. In addition to his daily testing duties, he is also involved in creating a system to strategically perform automated testing. His hobbies include playing musical instruments and listening to music. Recently, he is addicted to Pokemon cards.

Ayame Anzai

With extensive experience in the US, Europe, and Japan, Ayame has excelled as a Quality Project Manager at Airspan Networks. Recently, she took a bold step by founding a health tech company, where she is committed to driving innovation and contributing to Japanese society. Alongside her professional achievements, Ayame is passionate about organizing numerous startup events and conferences, including Take Off Tokyo. At Tokyo Test Fest 2024, she is excited to bring her positive energy and diverse network to inspire participants from around the world.
