ニュースレターの送信の場合

To collect speaker’s data

Speaker Data that includes data relating to any participation as a speaker at the Conference such as your name, title, address, delivery address, email address, phone number, contact details, purchase details (including your bank card details of bank card or other payment method). We process this data to keep contact with you, organize and promote the Conference, coordinate, and purchase travel services and to keep records of such transactions.

Our lawful ground for this processing is the performance of an agreement between you and us and/or taking steps at your request to enter into such an agreement as well as our contractual obligation to you and third party participants to hold the Conference.

How we collect your personal data:

  • during the ticket purchase,
  • during the check-in process at the event,
  • during the event.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We process your personal data for the time required consistent with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or for the period of limitation prescribed in the relevant laws. We keep your personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary.

In case we need to use your details for an unrelated new purpose we will let you know and explain the legal grounds for processing.
