We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Harassment includes but is not limited to<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination (related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sexual images in public spaces<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Harassing photography or recording<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sustained disruption of talks or other events<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inappropriate physical contact<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unwelcome sexual attention<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Enforcement<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Partners are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, exhibitors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material. Booth staff should not use sexualized clothing\/uniforms\/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, event organizers retain the right to take any actions to keep the event a welcoming environment for all participants. This includes warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund. Event organizers may take action to redress anything designed to, or with the clear impact of, disrupting the event or making the environment hostile for any participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We expect participants to follow these rules at all event venues and event-related social activities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Reporting<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it at the information desk or contacting a staff member as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When taking a personal report, our staff will ensure you are safe and you won\u2019t be asked to confront anyone and we won\u2019t tell anyone who you are.
