Can I get an invoice with a registration number?<\/h4>\n

Yes we can. After purchasing your ticket, our system will send you an invoice via email, and it will have our registration number after “Reg code”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n

Do I need a separate ticket to attend the workshops?<\/h4>\n

Yes. If you purchased a conference ticket with 1 Tutorial, you need to preregister for your preferred tutorial upon purchasing or \u2013 if the tutorials are not published yet \u2013 as soon as we announce them. If you purchased a ticket with both tutorials, you need to preregister for both.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n

Are refunds available?<\/h4>\n

Yes. Until September 30th, 50% of the registration fee is refundable. After September 30th, tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable until November 4th. See our tickets page<\/a> for full details.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n

How can we buy group tickets?<\/h4>\n
