🎟️ Tickets & Registration
Can I get an invoice with a registration number?
Yes we can. After purchasing your ticket, our system will send you an invoice via email, and it will have our registration number after “Reg code”.
Do I need a separate ticket to attend the workshops?
Yes. If you purchased a conference ticket with 1 Tutorial, you need to preregister for your preferred tutorial upon purchasing or – if the tutorials are not published yet – as soon as we announce them. If you purchased a ticket with both tutorials, you need to preregister for both.
Are refunds available?
Yes. Until September 30th, 50% of the registration fee is refundable. After September 30th, tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable until November 4th. See our tickets page for full details.
How can we buy group tickets?
The group discount (15% off for 5+ attendees) is automatically applied at checkout.
How can I apply for an ISTQB discount?
Apply the discount code “istqb” at checkout.

As a Japanese speaker, can I submit for the English track?
Yes, of course! 🙂
