Tips/Recommendations for Submission

  • Support your ideas with personal experiences—share how theories align (or don’t) with real-world practices!
  • Make sure to highlight the core message of your talk. Avoid being too generic; a clear and actionable takeaway makes all the difference.
  • Submission Structure
    • Title
      • Catchy: Try to find an appealing and original title
      • Short: You don’t have to write the full context in the title 🙂
      • Accurate: Please try to align your title with you will talk about. The audience will read the title and already develop expectations about the context. If they are not aligned well, there will be disappointments.
    • Target Audience: (be specific; like “Manual testers who are in charge of doing scripted tests” “Developers who are leading test automation” rather than just typing “Testers”).
    • Keywords: A few keywords for your session (some examples: Python, TDD, Selenium, Leadership, Shift-Left)
    • Body
      • Problem Statement: What problem are you targeting? Is it a common/hot topic?
      • Solutions: We are interested in not only what works, but also what does not! Tell us if you tried something and it did not help.
      • Challenges, drawbacks, advantages, benefits.
    • Summary
      • After detailed explanations, summarize all in one paragraph. Include: What to expect, how this talk is relevant, a brief outline.
    • Key-Takeaways
      • What will attendees learn from your presentation? When they leave the room, what will they know that they didn’t know before?
    • Highlight Video:
      • A 2–3 minutes video where you explain what you will talk about will make a huge contribution to your submission. It will also give an idea about your presentation style and way of presenting.
    • Speaker Profile
      • Share your relevant experience
      • Previous speaking experiences
